Bruce W. Jaeger is Chief Executive Officer of DRB Capital and brings over 35 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and derivatives. He has led the securitization of structured settlement pools for many of the industry’s key players and previously held senior roles at Stifel Financial, Bear Stearns, and Citibank. Bruce also founded and served as CEO of Coltin Securities, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer, and developed innovative investment products including the Alerian MLP ETN. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University and maintains FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
Amy L. Kaufman, CPA is Chief Operating Officer of DRB Capital, where she leads enterprise transformation and operational strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in specialty finance and professional services, she has overseen post-acquisition integrations, large-scale transformations, and operational turnarounds. Amy previously served as CEO of Swift Capital Holdings, SVP of Global HR & Talent at The Results Companies, and held multiple leadership roles at Peachtree Settlement Funding and J.G. Wentworth. She began her career at Price Waterhouse and holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA from Ohio University.
Ravi R. Correa, CPA is Chief Financial Officer of DRB Capital, responsible for treasury, accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A. He has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across specialty finance, mortgage banking, and technology. Prior to joining DRB, Ravi was CFO of Angel Oak Lending, where he expanded financing capacity to $650M and implemented governance and process improvements. He also served as CFO of Commerce Home Mortgage, Divisional CFO at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, and held senior finance roles at Ally Financial and Luminex. Ravi began his career at Price Waterhouse as an auditor.
Amanda A. Dobanton is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of DRB Capital, overseeing legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy. She joined DRB in 2022 and was promoted to her current role in 2024. Previously, Amanda spent more than a decade as Managing Partner and General Counsel at Fairfield Funding, where she managed structured settlement and lottery transfer approvals and nationwide litigation. She serves as Vice President, Treasurer, and Chair of the Legal and Legislative Committee for the National Association of Settlement Purchasers. Amanda is a licensed attorney in Georgia and earned her Juris Doctor from John Marshall School of Law.
